I, the same as above, baptised Ksawery Mikołaj, born on the fifth day of this month in the early morning, son of the well-born (Generosorum) Marcin Żbikowski and Marianna née Łaskowicz, lawful spouses. The godparents were the well-born Jakub Sordykowski and the well-born Marianna Sordykowska.
