107. Jakubowice Koninskie. Działo się we wsi Dysie dnia osmnastego Listopada Tysiąc osmset dwudziestego Szostego roku o godzinie siodmey rano. Stawili się, Paweł Gospodarek lat trzydzieści trzy syn zmarłey i Kajetan Cybula lat czterdzieści trzy maiący sąsiad, obadway włościanie we wsi Jakubowicach Koninskich na Gospodarstwie zamieszkali i oświadczyli: że w dniu siedmnastym Listopada roku bieżącego o godzinie szostey rano, umarła na duszność Katarzyna Gospodarkowa włościanka w Jakubowicach Koninskich przy synie zamieszkała, lat pięćdziesiąt sześć maiąca, corka Macieja i Zofij, z Fiutow we wsi Krasieninie zmarłych włościan, po zmarłym Janie Gospodarku pozostała wdowa. This took place in the village of Dys on 18 November 1826 at seven in the morning. Paweł Gospodarek, aged thirty-three, son of the deceased, appeared together with Kajetan Cybula, aged forty-three, a neighbour. Both are farmers (włościanie na gospodarstwie) from Jakubowice Konińskie. They declared that on 17 November of this year at six in the morning Katarzyna Gospodarek died of breathlessness. She lived in Jakubowice Konińskie with her son, was fifty-six years old and was the daughter of Maciej and Zofia of the Fiut family, peasants who died in the village of Krasienin. She was the widow of the late Jan Gospodarek. We satisfied ourselves of her death with our own eyes. We read the record to those appearing and signed it, because they cannot write.
