Nro 13. Wichowo. Działo się w Wsi Chełmicy dnia dziewiętnastego (trzydziestego pierwszego) Marca Tysiąc Ośmset Czterdziestego roku w Południe. Stawił się Franciszek Piwowarski, wyrobnik w Wichowie zamieszkały lat czterdzieści liczący, w przytomności Chryzostoma Jankowskiego i Józefa Stawskiego po lat pięćdziesiąt liczących gospodarzy w Wichowie zamieszkałych i okazał nam Dziecię płci żeńskiej, urodzone w Wichowie dnia wczorajszego, o godzinie drugiej rano, z Jego Małżonki Jadwigi z Suskich lat trzydzieści liczącey. Dziecięciu temu na Chrzcie świętym odbytym tu w dniu dzisieyszym, dane było Imię Józefa, a Chrzestnemi Jego byli Chryzostom Jankowski z Antoniną Grzeczewską. Akt ten stawaiącemu i świadkom przeczytany, przez nas został podpisany, stawaiący i świadkowie pisać nieumieią. Ksiądz Józef Malinowski Kommendarz Chełmicki.

No. 13. Wichowo. This took place in the village of Chełmica on 31 March 1840 (19 March by the old calendar) at noon. Franciszek Piwowarski appeared, living in Wichowo, aged forty, working for others with no land of his own (wyrobnik), in the presence of Chryzostom Jankowski and Józef Stawski, farmers from Wichowo, each aged fifty. He showed us a child of the female sex born in Wichowo yesterday at two in the night to his wife Jadwiga née Suska, aged thirty. At holy baptism, which took place here today, the child was given the name Józefa. The godparents were Chryzostom Jankowski and Antonina Grzeczewska. The record was read to the father and the witnesses and was signed by the priest alone, because they cannot write. Father Józef Malinowski, administrator of the parish of Chełmica.
